Damages and issues
Only goods received in damaged condition are eligible for replacement.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos and videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Our products are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if the product is received in damaged condition and you have notified us immediately about the same along with photos by email or WhatsApp. Once your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 4 to 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
