Shipping is Free across India!

Transit Time
Orders are shipped from Mumbai and delivery takes 4-6 working days after dispatch depending on the delivery location.

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we would be able to consider the request at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at vishal@prudentarts.com so that we can look into the same.

Tracking Notifications
When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email provided by you during checkout. You will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by our shipping partner.

Parcels Damaged In-Transit

For the customer’s benefit, shipments sent by us are fully insured at no extra cost.
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us at vishal@prudentarts.com.
